The Window

I looked around that noon and got this reason to write.

Someone so beautiful! Oh what a wonderful site!!

There she was right in that opposite window.

Dumbstruck at her beauty my mind was about to blow!!

Can someone be so lovely that in seconds melt my heart?

God shes indeed one of your best art.

She didn't know I was looking.

In her own world was she.

Not a bone of mine was moving!

How helpless could I be?

They call it love at first sight.

Yes indeed it was.

I wonder what could have been the reason.

Oh her smile was the cause!

Suddenly she noticed the noticing.

And left me so pink-faced.

Then i saw her withdrawing.

She should have killed me instead!

Days passed with no signs of her.

That window looked so empty.

In wait being depressed I looked for her.

I just hated being so senti.

One day after the other as if she was taking my test.

Patience remained my only option forgetting the rest.

Then came the day, that day when tables turned.

Seeing her where she belonged in my window i remained stunned!!

Had to say so many things.

I had  rehearsed so many times.

The floor swept below my limbs.

I could only manage few smiles..

Time stopped when she smiled,

she smiled back at me.

Smile was all I could too,

such an angel was she.

Something made her blush.

And left her so very smitten.

End became a sweet beginning.

A new story was to be written.
